INO, the largest industrial optics-photonics expertise center in the country, is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Sébastien Proulx as Chair of its Board of Directors
A lawyer and strategic advisor at GBV Avocats, Mr. Proulx is well known to the public for having held several ministerial positions, including that of Minister of Education in the Government of Québec. He also brings extensive experience in public affairs, governance, and strategic development.
“It is a privilege to welcome Sébastien Proulx as Chair of the Board of Directors. His deep knowledge of Québec’s economic, political, and social issues will contribute to INO’s growth, whose work generates more than half a billion dollars in economic impact annually in Canada,” said Alain Chandonnet, President and CEO.
