Karine Romain

Karine Romain holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval and is a member of Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés. She began her career as a human resources professional for Cardinal Health and moved over to STERIS Corporation in 2008. She went on to work at INO’s Human Resources Department as a generalist, subsequently becoming its director in 2016.

Since joining INO, she has put all her energy into creating a stimulating work environment where people can grow, both personally and professionally.

On October 1, 2021, the board of directors appointed her VP, Human Experience and Culture, making her INO’s first female vice president since the organization’s creation.
