Louis Martel

Louis Martel holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Laval University, a master’s degree in project management from the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi (UQAC) and a CIREM certificate in strategic management from HEC Montréal. He has project management professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and has ASC corporate administration certification from Collège des Administrateurs de Sociétés.

Mr. Martel has over 30 years of experience in sales, technology, and business solution positioning. He joined Bell Canada in 1987 as director of network design and planning, holding a number of positions before becoming general manager of specialized sales and technical service in the Large Business sector. Prior to joining INO in January 2018, Mr. Martel was the vice president of global sales at Optel Group.

He is a member of Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec and sits on the Quebec City Chamber of Commerce’s innovation committee.
