Yan Plante

Mr. Plante is recognized for his talent as a high-level strategic advisor, capable of providing wise solutions to issues with varied and complex ramifications. An experienced manager with exceptional human qualities, Yan Plante knows how to get the best out of the teams he leads.

Since the beginning of his career, Yan Plante has advised prime ministers, ministers, elected officials, leaders, and entrepreneurs on a wide variety of policies, programs, and strategic communications.

With about fifteen years of leadership experience, Mr. Plante has led teams of more than 40 employees and managed annual operating budgets of several million dollars. His career has led him to hold key positions in the Ministries of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, Intergovernmental Affairs, and the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Quebec regions. Before joining RDÉE Canada, he served as vice-president at one of the largest public affairs agencies in Canada.

Mr. Plante also offers lectures to clients or students on public relations and the functioning of the government apparatus.

In addition to his expertise in governance, Mr. Plante holds a degree in political science from Laval University.

With extensive experience in government spheres, the private sector, and as a media analyst, Mr. Plante brings strategic expertise and a dynamic vision to support the economic development of Francophone and Acadian communities in Canada.
