Director, Talent & Culture
With more than 20 years of experience in human resources, talent development and organizational transformation, Angélica Garza has built a multidisciplinary career marked by innovation, change management and people-centered leadership.
She graduated in Electronic Engineering and Communications from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León in 2000 and began her career in the technology sector, working for three years at Gamesa-Quaker, a major food industry company in Mexico. She then transitioned into human resources and joined the organization’s Talent and Culture team in 2004.
She later obtained a certification in life and business coaching before pursuing a career in talent development consulting. In this role, she supported SMEs as well as multinational companies, including Heineken and Whirlpool.
In 2013, she moved to Quebec and, after completing studies in human resources, continued her professional career with organizations such as Lawyers Without Borders Canada, Québec International and Optel Group.
After joining INO in 2022 as a Human Resources Business Partner, she was appointed Director of Human Resources in 2025. In this role, she leads activities related to employee experience and organizational culture. She also oversees talent acquisition, compensation and organizational development functions.
