Dana Florea-Archir, CIRC

Director, Talent & Culture

Dana Florea-Archir holds a bachelor's degree in industrial management, specializing in executive management in industrial settings, as well as a bachelor's degree in industrial relations from the University of Montreal. She is also a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals. 

She brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources management within financial and commercial sector organizations. Throughout her career, she has held HR leadership roles at companies such as John Deere, Allstate, and Yellow Group, where she supported multiple sites across Canada. Her career has allowed her to develop diverse expertise covering areas such as labour relations, HR strategies, organizational development, occupational health and safety, and compensation. She acts as a strategic and operational partner to management teams. 

Dana joined the Montreal Computer Research Institute (CRIM) in 2021, where she held various human resources roles before being promoted to Director of Human and Material Resources, overseeing both HR and material resources functions. Following the creation of Luqia, resulting from the merger of CRIM and INO, she currently holds the position of Director, Talent and Culture.
